The Rough Guide to Communicating with Young People

Many of City Action's volunteers are involved in youth or school based projects. To support this work, City Action (in conjunction with oneLondon) produced "The Rough Guide to Communicating with Young People".

This useful tool, which includes a 12 minute DVD/Video, is packed full of handy tips. For example, you will be guided on the type of materials that work best in a classroom or one to one, you will find out what you should wear and you'll pick up some tips on what to say and what not to say when working with young people.
